John Butcofski & Kimberly Swartz: After starting in the Investment Brokerage Business in 1994, John found an appreciation for using chart analysis to help his clients achieve their goals. In 2003 John became a Discretionary Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley and continued his career at Wells Fargo Advisors as Vice President of Investments and PIM Portfolio Manager. He has completed Level I and Level II of the Chartered Market Technicians Program, and has expertise in Pattern Analysis and Relative Strength Investing. His visionary insight into the macro picture of the market helps provide precise actionable direction and strategies that serve the best interest of his clients. John is currently a fee only advisor, with Discretion and Founder of Captain John Charts, financial and analysis research website and Co-Founder of AlphaChartist, that utilizes Quantitative Models blended with Technical Analysis.

John is a graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and was the Captain of the Division 1, Northeastern football team, imparting him with the essential life skills of leadership, character and ingenuity. John is an accomplished Golfer, enjoys Tuna and Fly Fishing, Boating, Cooking and Friends.
