The news headlines continue to come fast and furious… and tend to be quite negative in tone.
In sum, it’s a noisy world we live in today.
Investors need to do their best to tune out the noise and follow the price action.
We can argue all day about why assets are priced the way they are… but the key is to follow that price action and to develop an investment process that allows us to stay in trend for as long as possible, while minimizing downside risk.
The latter part of that sentence is what investors struggle with all the time. We either take on too much risk… or too little.
